Sailing, watersports, and a wealth of good walking and cycling can be enjoyed from doorstep, including Peddars Way and the North Norfolk Coastal Path. Visit Sheringham, 3 miles, with its sandy beach, promenade gardens, pier and ‘Splash’ aqua park. The Georgian market town of Holt is 5 miles and Kelling Heath for woodland and heathland trails is just 2 miles. Village shop and pub 50 yards and newly furnished restaurant 80 yards.
