“It is a beautiful half a house, I didn’t realize until I booked it that the property owner was on site. When we arrived the owner waited right outside the door of my vehicle and did not move until I got out of the car and I was uncomfy because I was not dressed appropriately to meet a stranger from my car nap, I was kinda uncomfy in my undies. There were photos of a kitchen I thought we were going to be able to cook in, but the kitchen you’re allowed to use is more like a closest, no stove, only……

“Great place, right on the lake. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds - nice bedrooms upstairs. A/C in every room, including upstairs. Plenty of space for our whole family to gather, play games, etc. The porch was great - lots of seating, and the weather was nice enough that we had a lot of our meals on the porch. Price included two kayaks - needed to fill out waiver to get the combo to unlock them (not a con - just be aware that you'll need to allow a little time to fill out the waivers,……

“We had an incredible stay! There were eight of us, including two toddlers, traveling for a wedding, and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. It was spacious, clean, and super comfortable—plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home.The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy for us to prepare meals together. The huge backyard was a dream for both the adults and the little ones—lots of space to run around and enjoy the outdoors.What really stood out was the host’s hospitality.……

“My daughter got married and utilized the Lakeview Banquet Center on Round Lake. We are from the Detroit area and needed accommodations near the venue and this cottage was perfect!! It was beautiful, quiet, clean and so convenient for our activities for the weekend. My husband and I were definitely discussing coming back for a getaway in the future. The hosts really make you feel welcome and definitely thought of lots of small touches. ”

“We rented the property for 4 weeks. Needed a property with a fenced in backyard that would accommodate our 2 dogs. Although the home was older, it was well maintained. The neighbors were friendly. The property manager was excellent with managing the check-in process and was available and prompt in responding to questions. Enjoyed our stay!!!”
