"I was not informed this was a kids theme hotel. Was surprised upon my arrival that I had no adult options. Bed was uncomfortable & very low to the ground. Box springs setting on the floor! Kiddie environment w/ adult prices & no adult options. This will be my 1st & last time I will stay @ the Graduate!"

"First off, we didn't get to stay here due to previous occupants trashing the place but as soon as the host was aware he sprang into action and contacted me and just shifted us to another property he hosts. It was seamless. Seth was a fantastic host and the property we did stay at was clean, comfortable, and convenient for everything we were in town for.This property, the one we actually stayed at, or anything Seth hosts is a sure bet and I'll probably always check if he has something available when we are in town."

"Great space! Decor is especially cool if you enjoy rock music. Felt like our own R&R HOF! Laundry facilities were a plus. Tons of spices in the kitchen and loved the frosted mugs in the freezer! Driveway and off street parking was very helpful, as well! Host was very responsive and the video preview was great. Also had a nice folder with everything you need to know about the house and surrounding area. My teenager loved the dormer bedroom! Great experience!"

"This property is beautifully decorated with a large yard and deck overlooking the property. The hot tub was great, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Adam was very responsive to messages, and the house is convenient to many downtown Cincinnati attractions and the village of Northside that has lots of great shops and restaurants. The driveway up to the house is very steep, so expect to need 4WD in winter weather, but there is adequate parking for 2-3 cars once you reach the top."
