Perfect place to stay in No Conway. In town for a mid-week charity event. The staff was great. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast & other amenities were exactly what I need to make my stay enjoyable. I'll be back.

It was a wonderful experience! The hotel staff were friendly, free breakfast was constantly refreshed by staff and everything was very clean and inviting in the lobby. The room had a pleasant smell, lots of room, and fresh clean sheets. The bathroom was also very clean. The views from the room we were in was the gorgeous scenic mountains but you’re really close to a lot of shops and restaurants, you’re also just minutes from a cute street full of interesting small businesses, shops, cafes and restaurants. Not to mention the train station! We were super happy with our stay here!

The staff at the front desk were excellent, friendly, very helpful A one. The breakfast as very good, coffee was very good and hot. Loved the frest baked cookies in the afternoon. My only complaint would be the bedding is not very nice. Not sure who made the bed but im pretty sure a bedskirt is not to be used as a sheet. Could also use more lighting in the bathroom. That being said i would go back.

The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice as well! The one thing we didnt like was the pool. It was cloudy, like it hadnt been cleaned for a while. It was not very warm either.

This hotel was very clean and well kept. I can’t remember being greeting by a front desk staff in such a friendly, cheerful manner as I was when we arrived. Breakfast buffet was tasty, plentiful with a lot of variety. The only minor complaint I have is the hotel seemed fairly empty and our room was next to a guy snoring. We could hear him. It was funny I guess. Next time I would ask for a room at least one away from other guests if possible.
