"Our room was above the pool and it was very loud until the pool closing of 9 pm although the room was clean we could not adjust temperature in the room. Next day went down to lobby to get coffee found staff to be rude."

"Average stay. Room clean, but the front door did not seem to close all the way there was a gap. I was staying by myself and the neighborhood does not feel like the safest area. However, the hotel was comfortable. The day I checked out which was 11am, I had about 30min until 11am and the cleaning staff knocked on the door I told them I will be done at 11am to check out, the maid remained in the doorway, expecting me to leave. I had to say it again I will be leaving at 11am when it is time to check out. "

"Could not connect to internet. Partial label for password visible on desk but remainder rubbed off. No response from non-existent desk when I tried to get a password. Virtual desk only. No humans at desk on premises. Would not use shower because tub with no safety mat, no hold bar. Slip and fall danger too great. "
