“No regular coffee in the room. Asked at desk and they said they don’t supply any, only decafe. Next day asked again and very rudley said here this is all we have and gave us 2 kpods. The room has a regular coffee maker so didn’t help. Room was dirty and the first morning our room power went out. They said don’t plug anything in, we didn’t have anything plugged in, not even our phones. All of the staff was very rude as well. Will never stay again and will make sure no one we know ever stays.”

I am sorry to be harsh but it was rough. It was parents weekend at Iowa so it was a cheaper stay but was still far more than we would have paid for that experience if we had known. The……
