The house was perfect for a fun family vacation! My wife and 2 daughters loved the place. Very clean and decorated perfect. Check in and check out was easy. Will definitely be returning for more fun on the water!

Amazing property

Was in town to see family was only able to stay a couple days hopefully longer next time. Home was even better than advertised. Clean, very well decorated, comfortable beds and very relaxing. Located in a very scenic but secure area. Would highly recommend.

Hurricane Relief

We were looking for a nice place on the nature coast while our home in St Petersburg was being repaired after last year’s hurricane. We needed a kitchen where we could prepare meals, and a living space to relax. This villa was beautiful and we were able to cook, walk the neighborhood, see the sites, and eat some delicious scallops and grouper. Loved the decor, which was also very comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Homosassa Gem

This property was accurately advertised. The owner has outstanding communication. Providing the address a couple of days before our arrival also provided us with the access code to the gate and a simple access code for the front door making for a seamless smooth arrival. The home was immaculate and clean. Lots of bright natural light and tastefully furnished. You could see the thoughtful attention to details throughout this property. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property and it shows. Excellent location for us to meet our boat captain at MacRaes and the quaint area of Homosassa. We come every year to scallop this was our 8th. I would absolutely book this property again.

Beautiful Home, New Host

The property was very nice - exactly as pictured. The house was clean and decorated very nicely. Host was very responsive but we did experience a few issues. Apparently the modem/router wasn’t working, so we didn’t have internet for 2/3 of the trip. One of the toilets didn’t flush properly so we really had to use just one bathroom. And the lights and fans in two of the bedrooms seemed to be linked to each other, and possibly on timers, so we weren’t able to sleep through the night without disruption. We reported all issues to the host as they were discovered, and though very friendly and responsive, only the WIFI issue was resolved during our stay. This will be a great rental property eventually, once these kinks are ironed out.

This house is exactly as advertised!! It’s decorated beautifully and feels cozy. The beds were very comfy and the showers were great! Plenty of towels and linens. We loved staying here! The neighborhood is in a great location to the springs and perfect if you have your boat! Will be back next year!

Weekend Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Homosassa. We were here for the weekend for a fishing tournament, the weather didn’t cooperate but the house made up for it. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The house is fresh and modern yet comfortable. Would highly recommend, the opener was super great as well!!!
