Approximately 1.5 mile from the main entrance of the river. Plenty of parking. Only 4 minutes from public boat ramp. Golf cart, walking path access from the house to the surrounding area. Centrally located, it’s walking distance to the spring. Come sit on the porch and watch all the boaters and bikers go by.

Both rooms have a queen size bed, and full size closets. Plenty of open space in the kitchen, dining, and living room area. However, the best part of the house is relaxing on the porch.
Guest access to the whole house with the exception of the owners cabinet.
Other things to note, the lockbox for the keys have a personalized code. The property is well lit at night. Both to ensure the safety and security of our guest.
