"It was horrible! Don't trust the online pics or the list of amenities they supposedly have. Cabins are the worst, we rented 5 in our group for a family reunion & all were horrible. We all ended up staying at a ranch half hour away & losing our paid reservation but they really could care less!The getaway cabin which was supposed to be nice, had sewer problems & the smell was gaging! They will tell you its the well water to just run hot water & not only does this not work, you end up with cold...

"Stayed at this same location the week before. Nice hotel, however this booking was NOT as pleasant. The range was inoperable & could not watch cable channels in the room the ENTIRE 3 day stay. One of my main reasons for booking here is these convenient amenities. Disappointed that the staff was not trained to repair/resolve this issue. They did offer “points”on my IGH account they signed me up last week. How is this going to compensate me if I have yet to book through them? Both of my reservations with this hotel have been through hotels.com"
