It’s tucked into a street that’s hard to find and I used to live in HK! Rooms are on the smaller side but costly. The plus side are the eating areas nearby and Victoria park for an early morning walk. I will only stay there again if the price is lower and there’s no other option.

The hotel manager took feedback very nicely. There was initially an issue with smell coming from the drains and toilet. They did something to fix that problem for me. Interior of the room was well maintained. The walls were thin though. During my visit, some other tourists were travelling in a large group and they were room hopping. I thought it was child screaming in the hall but it was a mature auntie screaming and talking loudly.

Terrible, customer service, room had an damp urine smell and when asked to swap was made to feel like an inconvenience, rather than politely offering another room the only option was to pay an additional HKD1600 and would only accept cash. Avoid this hotel ! Location was good that was it. Not the standard I expected considering it was 18night stay!

Overall hotel service was very good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Room and washroom was small but yet comfortable. Easily accessible by public transport with a couple of MTR stations close by. Victoria park is nearby. Dining around the area a tad limited but still available. Overall, positive experience!
