Badly maintained and bad service
The shower in the room was broken. When I complained the front desk laughed and didn't really care at all. The room was very small even I have paid for an upgrade.

The hotel location is in between 2 MTR stations. The room size and layout is good. We booked 2 rooms but unable to organize at the same level. Also there is no baby cot available which I requested during my booking. Bath towels are clean but with holes.

The staff service is fine but the hygiene is way below a 4 star hotel. Towels are wore out and with hair inside. Drainage area in shower has mildews and even a used plaster. These are unacceptable even for a 3 star, let alone a so-called 4. The only saving grace is that furniture and other facilities are relatively new and maintained.

Overall good stay and price is average and decent
AC is not cold. The thermostat is lock and it takes a day to figure out and corrected. Location is ok and is comfortable. Could be better value

Good service, no frills or thrills
This is a cheap, decent hotel in a central area. Don't expect anything special, very no frills and small rooms but it works well enough. Service is good. Only complaint is the gym room. Very cheap running machines and dirty looking weights, I didn't want to pick them up. Should change to stainless steel if they can't keep them clean.

Beyond expectation
I had been living in different hotels of Hong Kong over a year, that was an unexpected night that I needed to stay in this hotel, so I had no expectation. It was amazing as the price was so friendly but the quality, service and facilities of hotel are much beyond than I have paid. It is a must that I will stay in this hotel again and I am planning to have a staycation with a suite.
