"Staff is friendly but don't expect them to help open door or with luggage. Hallways is kind of dark and there's a soft cushioned part of the wall above the pillows that's very very very worn (due to lots of friction??) and got painted over with paint--- That part I don't really want to touch for some reason, and I found some used fake eyelashes near the sink (ewwwww). Don't expect amenities as you need to get those yourself (as they support the environment), but they do give you a $20 coupon for vending maching if you skip room clean up. But that said you can only use it for something under $20 dollars and can't get multiple items in the machine.
