極度失望的飯店
訂了兩晚名字內含有：Harbor View的房間。對於我的英文認知裡面應該是帶有海港景觀的房間。 但在當天下午1:30check in，得到的房間樓層在五樓。景觀只有建築跟快速道路，完全沒有“HARBOR"。 詢問了櫃檯，櫃檯説只剩5.6.7樓，高樓層都有長期居住的房客了。 我能體諒住宿景觀因人主觀不同，但預定房間前告知HARBOR VIEW最後一場空，實在失望，當初就是因為景觀房型才預定此飯店。欺騙消費者實在需要提醒大家！ 另外房間時不時會飄著魚乾貨的味道，對於此味道不舒服者，請三思考慮，沒有景觀，整潔度也沒有，飯店唯一的優勢就是房間大。 希望飯店跟Hotels.com能給一個合理解釋。

望海的房間
這次已是第二次入住此酒店了！酒店職員十分友善，每個職員的臉上都充滿笑容。進入房間，發現地方十分大。廚房應有盡有，當晚烹調了一頓美味的晚餐。洗手間非常整潔，本人特別喜歡酒店所提供的沐浴露，很香的！睡床對著大玻璃，一睡醒就能望到大海，十分舒適。

交通和生活機能便利、房間大但有設備問題
交通和生活機能便利、房間大有景觀且附餐廚設施，服務和清潔良好，住起來很舒適。住過多次總是遇到設備問題，像是燈不亮、門不能鎖、TV中文台頻道不能收看，雖然都是立刻有人來檢查和處理，但這次遇到頻道不能收看，過了3天都沒修好，覺得有點掃興。

My room is at 5th floor which is for disable person but obviously I'm not.When I book the room, it shows that this is the room with landscape but I can only see high way outside.It's difficult to get taxi in front of the hotel. The room is big, clean and comfortable.

特別為了海景和廚房入住的飯店，卻沒有海景，廚房用具都壞的，讓人很無言
訂房網站上 放上海景照片，入住時只給低樓層的房間，詢問櫃檯人員回覆飯店都為長租很少短租，所以有浴缸的房間和高樓層的房間都是給長租客的，還硬說每間房都有海景。 因連住三天，協商是否後面有退房的高樓層可以換房，亦說短期內無退房可換，但入住的這幾天出入飯店都有看到新客入住，這種欺騙人的感覺很差。 飯店地點很徧遠週邊都為干貨味道很重，特別為了海景和廚房入住，結果沒有海景，廚房微波爐也是壞的，雖然後來有拿來換，但最後一天又發現烤麵包機也是壞的，冰箱亦是故障情況會過冰。 請要入住的人考慮清楚。

寬敞的空間，無敵大海景
香港鬧市中少有的寬敞房間，窗台大玻璃窗看著無敵大海景，一流！ 附近雖然大部分是賣海味乾貨的店舖，但食肆也不少。 交通亦算便利，西營盤港鐵站就在附近（雖然此站由站口行到月台的路程頗遠）另外巴士、小巴、電車也很方便，坐計程車到中環機鐵站相當近。

舒適大空間
從機場搭乘A10巴士抵達西營盤後，不用5分鐘的距離即可抵達酒店。無論要搭乘叮叮車還是地鐵都十分便利，附近吃的東西也不少，不擔心餓肚子。 房內有廚房，廚具一應俱全，若想買外食回來加熱或煮泡麵都不成問題。 房間坪數不小，躺在床上就能看見海景，可惜這次入住的樓層較低，海景的部分較少。
