We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. While we were distressed to learn that the elevator was not going to be working after we had booked this third floor unit, the communication with the property management was excellent and together we were able to come up with a creative and amenable solution. The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-appointed with cooking equipment if not ingredients. But it was the lanai that was worth everything! We sipped our coffee each morning delighted by the whales doing their ballet and we loved watching the sea turtles cavorting right in front of us every afternoon! Truly Amazing and magical!

The Whales the View

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The view is incredible and we had so many whales to watch in the mornings and the evenings and tons of turtles on the rocks. The place is beautiful and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Can’t wait to come back

Beautiful view from lanai....but a/c situation does not work for us.

The view here is undeniable....however a/c unit is not efficient, no matter what we did...sleeping was very uncomfortable. We ended up going back & gorth between bedroom & sofa bed (a/c unit is located in living room)...as you might imagine....sofa bed wasn't comfortable, creaky and short in length. As much as we wanted to love this place we wont be returning due to how hot the bedroom gets. Also not a fan of parking (3 point turns to get in & out if parking space)...unless you have a moped or small car. Kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, utensils etc.. but bare minimum of any other condiments etc to get started...while sample coffee is provided...if you require cream or sugar you will need to purchase. Also just a heads up for future guests...bathroom doorway entrance is very narrow...it worked for us, but may not for everyone. Our favorite part about this stay was sitting on the lanai watching sea turtles.

If the main draw of this condo is the porch facing the water, proximity to other resorts in Kaanapali, and the fact it's pretty up-to-date....just book it! It was exactly as described, and wonderful. Every single morning/night we were on our balcony. You get a $$$ level sunset every. single. day! Unbeatable! The unit is extremely clean and exactly as shown/described. The condo stays your preferred temperature (assuming you follow the instructions to close shades when you aren't in the room, etc.). Everything was as you would hope!

Wow! What a great location.

Wonderful time

This location was perfect. The sunsets were amazing. We snorkeled with fish and a giant turtle right off the back. It was close access to the restaurants, excursions and freeways to tour. The air conditioning felt great and it was clean.

We enjoyed our stay!

The property was as described, clean, easy to access and the views were amazing. It was fun sitting on the lanai watching the whales and sea turtles - could have done it all day. But with the location, we didn't need to as it was close enough to walk to food trucks or just a 15 minute drive to town.

The views are amazing!!

We booked to stay for a week for our wedding and we were happy with our selection of Kaliealoha condos. The process of booking was easy and the management kept in good communication with us. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. There is no beach area at the condo itself---just a rock retaining wall but there is access via stairs to the water. The condo has a small pool and it is in the front side by the parking lot (more sun time on that side). These things were not at the top our our list to have onsite so we were good with it. There is a great beach within walking distance as well as a farmers market and a coffee shop. There were beach chairs and a cooler available for use in the condo which came in handy. The parking at the condo was easy and close to the unit, which was helpful as we had a lot of gear for the wedding to bring in as well as groceries and goods we stocked up (tip: stop at Costco/Walmart near airport as prices at supermarket in tourist areas are crazy). There was an issue with our air conditioning which the management let us know before check in and they remedied immediately. There was a repairman, Dave, who was just finishing up installing the new window unit when we arrived. He gave us some great info about places to see and gave us his number directly if there were any issues with the new unit. The overall experience was great but few things could use some attention. The mattress should be replaced---it definitely has seen it's better days. I noticed that the bedroom could also use some new paint/repair as well as the bathroom. Nothing horrible for those looking to stay but just looks like it needs some sprucing up. The ceiling fan in the bedroom needs to be moved to be directly over the bed---I hit my arms on it getting dressed more than once. On the plus, the kitchen was awesome as we did end up cooking a lot to save on cost of eating out. The cupboard space was ample and the utensils/pans available were adequate. The nice size refrigerator was great. We also utilized the grill out back on the ocean side---it was a beautiful place to cook and eat. The best part for us, other than that beautiful view, is that this was a peaceful place to enjoy our vacation. There isn't a lot of foot traffic in hallways or noise like you would have at a resort. The price was definitely better and you have most of the luxuries of home. Mahalo to VRBO owner and property management for hosting us!!

Property was perfect for us. Right on the water with beautiful views. Very close to good restaurants and beaches. Property was clean and aesthetically pleasing, Hawaiian decor. The back bedroom gets very very warm. However we booked this condo knowing this information, and we just dealt with it. There are fans in all rooms that keep the air moving. Pool was just fine, nothing fancy- perfect to cool off at the end of the day. This didn’t matter too much to us since we were out exploring everyday. Would return!

Beautiful place, would stay there again in a heartbeat

Beautiful place, a few little things that need to be fixed, a foot missing on the outdoor furniture, almost took what could have been a serious fall. Barely caught myself. Only a few towels, we were constantly putting them in the washer ( which was a HUGE bonus )during the week we were there. The view could not be beat.

Maui Paradise

Loved the location and being able to wake up to rainbows and sea turtles in the water right outside our condo , then end the day with gorgeous sunsets from the balcony lanai! Swimming and snorkeling just mere steps away from the condo. Just a few minutes to beach park and Kaanapali beaches! Super location!!

Breathtaking ocean views, couldn’t have been better! Sea turtles at high tide everywhere. Snorkeled with them trying to keep a respectful distance but they aren’t shy about coming toward you. Wow!

Great view

We did enjoy our stay and loved the view from the lanai. However, we felt the condo unit was designed for tall people and my friend and I are short and had issues with the microwave being way too high. Also did not like the lanai furniture. I actually purchased a chair so I could sit comfortably on the lanai. The sofa also was not very comfortable to sit on.
