“The staff were amazing. The room was not the greatest - the fridge reeked. If the room was cleaner, this would’ve been a great place to stay for a night or two.”

“Not a fan of how their kitchen/bathroom combo layout is. Also there was no microwave. I think a microwave would be more beneficial than a lockbox.”

“Its location is absolutely amazing. The Sheraton swimming cove is on the right and Whalers village on the left, both at one minute walking distance!! We used to stay at the Hyatt but it’s over a mile long walk to the Whalers village. For the price there is no better property, we can say that because we have been going to Maui 1-2 times a year for the last twenty five years.”

“The property was beautiful and the staff were all so great. It is high season so the one issue I noticed is there is definitely not enough lounge chairs at the pool to accommodate all the people who are staying at the resort. All the hotels are like this actually. Resort should provide chairs to guests free of charge for the beach at the rate you are paying to stay there a night.”

“We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. The beach is steps away and gorgeous. Lots to explore close by. The room had everything we needed and we loved having the full kitchen. Everyone in the property was extremely warm and helpful. We would stay here again.”

“Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.”
