The condo is a true, large one-bedroom, with a King size bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a Full kitchen. It is also family friendly, equipped with a crib, high chair and kids` dinnerware. The building has a FREE secured covered parking, sunny pool deck with two hot tubs and fast Wi-Fi.

    Fully renovated in March, 2023. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Security in lobby. Includes

    Check Out Cleaning:
    The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
    There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

    Linens and towels:
    We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.

    Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.

    For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

    We want you to have the best experience and are happy to assist if you need anything!

    Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.

    This condo comes with a parking pass that will let you in and out of the secured, covered parking garage. There is also an electronic lock on the door for 24-hour access and you don`t have to worry about losing your keys!

    The Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.

    -Public transportation is available and located outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.
    -This complex is located just 1 block from the best swimming and world famous Waikiki Beach, shops, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park.

    The Waikiki Banyan is one of the larger condominium buildings in Waikiki. There are two towers, one with 37 floors and one with 38 floors (over 800+ condo units total). The building has full-time security and maintenance staff, as well as a hotel management company that manages many units in the building. The building has the look and feel of a hotel, but each unit is individually owned and operated and there are also many full-time residents who live in this building.

    We do our best to make sure our guests have an excellent experience, but please be aware that we are an indeoendent condo and not part of the hotel operation. We do not have staff on-hand 24 hours and are not always immediately available. But we do live locally and are here to help you enjoy our beautiful island and condo!

    Estimated Completion Timeline: 10 to 14 months

    During this period, amenities such as the pool, BBQ area, and other deck facilities will not be accessible. While we strive to maintain a comfortable stay, please note that there may be construction-related noise and activity during the project timeline.
