Perfect Stay

The property was perfect! We have stayed n the Ilikai another times and this property was one of the best! Review

The apartment was all that we could have hoped for. Clean, great view and a perfect location. When we checked in on a Sunday, the code did not work and security had to let us in. After several experiments we were able to get the code to work. After the first day the code worked fine. Communication with the “office” was a problem. Because we arrived on a Sunday, the office was closed and it was impossible to reach anyone regarding the code issue. Also, later in the week we were unable to get the cook top to turn off. I called but never received a response. That cook top issue was resolved after we figured out what the problem was.

Great Location Great Price

The only thing that would make it better would be if they would adjust the description to accurately reflect what's offered at the property. I.E. our exit instructions asked us to fill the dishwasher..when our unit didn't have a dishwasher..take the time to customize per unit (we're paying enough :) )

Fabulous accommodations, facilities were challenging

This suite was fantastic! Right floor level to have a great view … not too high and not too low. Very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the elevators. Apparently, there was an issue in the electrical room which caused inconsistent elevator offline throughout the vacation. Emergency generators helped but often we had to hike up/down to the 9th floor, which was a problem if we had groceries or luggage. I can only imagine the effect on those on higher levels. Hope they fix those soon.

We liked our stay here. It was just as advertised. It is an older condo but very clean. It has a nice view from the balcony for your morning coffee. Check in and out was very easy.

Really clean unit in an hotel / appartments tower

To enter the property, you have access to an app that gives you a pin code for the door lock. When entering the room (it is comparable to an hotel room + a tiny but convenient kitchen), you walk in the perfect tiny kitchenette to your right or in the coat closet and bathroom (that desparatly needs an update) to your left. Then you have the bedroom/dining space/living room area all in 1. Its a bit small, and add says King bed but its a queen bed with a king matress-cover foam on it. We were not very impressed about it. The view tho.... The view is completely amazing. The balcony had a bistro table with chairs so you can enjoy a meal outside. It is really beautiful. There is a small restaurant in the lobby that sell the best spicy Ahi I've ever had on wonton chips. Its sooo good we had it like 3 times during our stay. There's also a cute, locally owned cafe downstairs that have smoothie bowls. Really good! And convenient: an ice cream parlor. The best I can give you an advice for your stay is to GO TO THE GROCERY STORES IN THE ALA MOANA OUTLETS or GO EAT TO THEIR FOOD COURT! Unless nice restaurants are going to ruin you, dissapoint you and leave you still hungry after your meal. Really not like other United States we've traveled to. Also, rent a car and let the adventure take you. Turtle beach, Banzai Beach, Sunset Beach, Dole pineapple plantations and Macadamia nuts plantations are MUST SEE. Don't fall for tourist traps all over Waikiki beach! You dont need to pay $100 to go snorkle. Leave from the beach swim in the same direction than de boats and dive. You'll see all tropical fished and sea turtles as well! Enjoy =)

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience with this rental! Condo is just how it looks in pics. Check in and check out was easy. Condo was very clean, well stocked and building was well maintained. Large, comfortable king size bed. Heated pools were enjoyed every day (but do wish they were open past 7:30 pm.) The view from the balcony was excellent for viewing sunsets. The location is very convenient- can walk to Waikiki, beaches, parks, lots of restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend 😊

Comfortable condo with marina/ocean views

Clean, comfortable studio unit with good view of marina and ocean. Photos of unit are accurate. Location at entrance to Waikiki is more convenient than staying in central Waikiki. Only complaints were that AC unit was loud and closets smelled a little musty.

It was great

Upon our arrival, the lobby of the Ilikai was absolutely beautiful. entering into our unit, our room looks exactly like the pictures did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and loved the view of the harbor with the ocean behind it. When we needed to contact management they were prompt in responding. I would definitely recommend our unit to family and friends.

Enjoyed our stay!

This property was very nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Location was good. Close to everything. The only thing I would change about the property was the shower head. It could use a replacement. But honestly that’s the only thing I didn’t like about the place. Everything else was spot on. I will definitely tell family and friends about this property.
