「Some of the jets worked, some did not. We've stayed a few times before, and were always very happy. This time when tub did not work properly we were told since we booked through Expedia they were unable to compensate us in any way. Very disappointing.」

「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」
