Cozy apartment with a private pool and terrace. View of Ilet Pinel

  • Charming apartment facing Îlet Pinel. Ideally located between Orient Bay and Grand Case—the island’s must-visit beaches—for an unforgettable culinary experience. Cuisine that lives up to its reputation, set against a backdrop of turquoise waters and warm sand.
Brand-new apartment, completely separate from “La Maison des Îles,” which was fully rebuilt after Hurricane Irma. Designed for the utmost comfort of my guests in the heart of a quiet and secure residential neighborhood.
The suite features a spacious, comfortable, and bright bedroom. Double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks, hair dryer.
Bed made up and ready for you, 100% cotton sheets, and soft bath and beach towels—this service, along with housekeeping, is included in your reservation.
Living room and kitchen with a view of the pool. The perfect spot to enjoy Wi-Fi; books and board games are at your disposal.
A two-person sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests. A fee of €30 per person per night applies.
A fully equipped kitchen where refreshments, hot drinks, rolls, and jams will be provided upon your arrival.
    Separate restroom.
    Free private parking.
As a chef with over 30 years of experience, I offer the following optional services: cooking workshops and a table d’hôtes for up to 8 people. Reservations required; details to be arranged upon your arrival. Rates vary depending on the service.
I’ll welcome you upon your arrival and remain available and attentive throughout your stay, while maintaining complete discretion.

Great place to stay!

Alexandrine was very responsive with all my questions. She is very welcoming and had the perfect place. She even had some breakfast rolls for us. The place is right next to Pinel Island and is in a gated complex. I would definitely stay here if i get a chance to come back!

We traveled to this Cosy Apartment on May 9th-22nd this year, first time staying here and it most definitely will not be our last. From the time we booked our stay, Alexandrine was in constant communication with us, a message away on WhatsApp. She was readily available as/if needed during our stay as well - exchanging towels and dropping off pastry treats for us during the week. :) The apartment is very artfully decorated and very comfortable overall. There is nothing you can want for in the kitchen, bath, bedroom, etc. The outside area is absolutely wonderful - we used the pool every day and sat out on the deck for a few minutes in the morning before we started our day. We're very familiar with the Cul-de-Sac area and have stayed in a VRBO studio literally down the block from Alexandrine's but we have fallen in love with her and her apartment and are already looking at dates for next year's visit. Alexandrine, thank you so much for welcoming us so graciously to your home. You are the consummate host and we appreciated having such a lovely place to spend our vacation time on island. We'll see you next year!
