「PRO'sGreat bed, off road parking spot (if car not too long otherwise on street parking available). Good kitchen area with plenty of utensils. Quiet location.CON's2 big TV's but neither are connected to an aerial so there's no live TV. Smart tv's so you can use the apps (if you have your own account) but WiFi isn't great so disconnected quite a lot, therefore no reliable TV viewing.The bit that let it down the most was the large black mould on the wall by the top left of the bed area. 「We stayed at Broadhay Cottage for 2 weeks on our holday from New Zealand. It was our home from home. Spotlessly clean and organised. We had everything we needed. Claire and Andrew we're fantastic hosts. The home is Private and quiet. We will miss the pheasants roaming around at our window, rabbit's, squirrels and sheep.
