First-class in every way

One of the best hotel experiences I have had lately. Room was very clean and well-appointed with generous bathroom provisions. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and pleasant and very helpful when needed. Free breakfast was excellent and dining area very comfortable. After a poor hotel experience the last time I had to travel overnight to a different area, this hotel contributed greatly to a great trip for us.

Rude lady.

Breakfast was great as usual. Room comfortable. Front desk subpar with 20 minute check in and Joann with an attitude I guess I didn’t say “you too” loud enough when she said, “have a good day” because then she yelled it at me as I walked away. Very rude every time I have been here. If not for her this would be my go too hotel. Never staying at this location again.

We stayed on the way to North Carolina and on the way back from North Carolina. It's a perfect halfway point, off the interstate, but not too close, clean accommodations, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast to start your day. Will stay here again when we take the northern route to NC.
