The bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and balcony access—perfect for greeting the day or unwinding in the evening. In the living room, a queen-size sleeper sofa adds flexible sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a dual vanity and a walk-in shower for getting ready with ease.



Step outside to enjoy the resort feel of Horseshoe Bay and the easy access to Lake LBJ. When you’re not on the water, relax by the communal outdoor pool or take in those signature Texas Hill Country sunsets from the balcony’s outdoor seating.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Garage parking for 1 vehicle is available. Additional vehicles may park in the lot.

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building, operated and maintained by building management. Availability is not guaranteed; stairs may be required if the elevator is unavailable.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 small dogs are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Washer/dryer: A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your use.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
