The vacation rental is located on the outskirts of Husum. Here, you’ll stay away from the bustling city center yet still have easy access to the numerous shopping and recreational opportunities offered by this North Frisian port city. Husum’s downtown area, with its historic market square, the castle near Husum, and the picturesque inland harbor, invites you to stroll, shop, and relax. Around the harbor, you’ll find cozy cafés and restaurants, while various museums and cultural attractions offer fascinating insights into the history and life along the North Sea. The vacation rental is also a great starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. Explore Husum Bay, enjoy walks and bike rides along the North Sea coast, or discover the diverse landscape of North Frisia. Thanks to the excellent transportation connections, other popular destinations in the region are also easily accessible.

Amenities
The approximately 150 m² vacation apartment on the first floor offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay. The spacious living room features a large sofa set, a comfortable TV armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding greenery. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious, covered balcony. It is equipped with a table, an electric grill, and several seating areas, offering a sheltered spot for shared meals or relaxing in the fresh air. The open kitchen opens directly onto the living area and offers plenty of space for preparing meals together. Amenities include a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. A kitchen counter with three bar stools is perfect for a quick breakfast or a cozy drink in between meals. In the adjacent dining area, there is a large dining table with ample seating for shared meals.

The vacation rental has three separate bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and offers plenty of storage space thanks to a spacious closet. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 × 200 cm). The third bedroom has a smaller double bed (140 × 200 cm). An extra bed (140 × 200 cm) is also available. All bedrooms are bright and cheerfully decorated.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a roomy shower, and two sinks. Large mirrors and plenty of shelving and storage space ensure a high level of comfort.

Special Features
In our non-smoking apartment, we are happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your exclusive use. Dogs are also welcome. A private parking space is located right next to the accommodation. A spacious communal garden with a large lawn, slide, climbing frame, and soccer goal offers plenty of room to play and run around. An initial supply of bed linens and towels is required and is already included in the final price.

Note: During the summer months, a shared outdoor pool is available to all guests of the property. Please note that no lifeguard service is provided. Children and anyone who cannot swim safely may use the pool only under the constant and direct supervision of an adult companion. The responsibility for supervision lies with the parents, legal guardians, or responsible accompanying adults. The pool is available only seasonally. Depending on weather conditions, maintenance requirements, or for safety reasons, use may be temporarily restricted or unavailable.

The “Land & Meer” vacation complex in Husum-Schauendahl comprises four spacious vacation apartments. Its quiet location on the outskirts of Husum offers an ideal starting point for excursions to the port city, the North Sea coast, and through the diverse landscape of North Frisia.

The apartments, which vary in size, can accommodate up to four or eight people and feature cozy living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Two apartments are designed to be accessible. Depending on the accommodation, guests have access to a private terrace, a balcony, a fenced-in outdoor area, or a wood-burning stove.

Dogs are welcome. Each apartment comes with a private parking space. The large communal garden, complete with playground equipment and a soccer goal, offers plenty of space for families and groups traveling together.

During the summer months, guests can also use the communal outdoor pool. Use of the pool is unsupervised and may be restricted depending on weather conditions, maintenance, or for safety reasons.
