Beautiful views. We had a nice room with a great view of the water. Gorgeous sunset views. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed.

Clean room with many extra toiletries provided. Pet friendly is limited. We spoke with someone after making reservation to ask what we needed to bring. My father in law spoke with someone and gave them our name. When we went to check in there wasn’t a room available for dog. They did give us a smoking room with a dog crate on the third floor. They said dogs were only allowed on first floor. We heard another dog on the third floor. Also we were charged $150 hot springs tax. I don’t see this listed anywhere. And we never had the time to use it.

The rooms was very nice with charming details like the scented toilet paper. They also left sweets for us every day and every day they were different. The spa was good too with two temperatures: 39 and 42 degrees Celsius. We had the breakfast only one day, it was a Japanese breakfast (no western option) with fish, tofu, vegetables, soup, miso paste etc The staff was always extremely useful. The location is perfect: less than 10 mn walk to the Dogo Onsen and 2 mn to the shopping area! We would gladly come back
