“The two queen beds worked well for our family”

“Price for one person for one night at this facility is a five star pricing for a one star facility. Staff was outstanding. The property owner or Best Western needs to make an in-person inspection of how they are represented. The ice machine was broken & we were told they cannot find anyone to repair it, the pool had green water and smelled, the jacuzzi kept mal-functioning, the room tv service went out after 10 minutes the staff said to un-plug the cable box to reset it, after several attempts……

“The brown sheets and brown towels are a negative, it is hard to know if the sheet and towels are clean! It was decorated cute. It did need some maintenance.”

“The staff was great very friendly, easy check in and check out. Great size of room, really appreciate that there was, plenty of space for all our stuff, a microwave, mini Fridge and, small table with chairs inside the room. The location was great easy access to everything. Would stay again!”

“The rooms are updated, bathroom very clean, bedspread with some mild signs of wear, but clean, sheets clean and fresh, no negative odor. Halls, carpet appears dated, dirty, stained, walls and door dinged, scuffs. Staff friendly. The most important part was the rooms and they were totally fine ”

“First time staying at this horel. The amenities, room cleanliness, and comfort was fantastic. Updated rooms, comfortable beds, decent pillows, and snack/breakfast options were quite surprising. Love a hotel with laminate vs carpet. Definitely plan to stay again when we return to Worland. Staff were friendly and accommodating.”

“The Tipi Retreat had all necessary amenities and then some. Owners clearly anticipated any needs from heated blankets, a coffee maker, outdoor heater to twinkle lights. The beds were very comfortable and the scenery was outstanding. There were only port-a potties on site but as a family used to camping, we didn’t mind. The hotsprings that were open in town were not to our liking but the Tipi Resort is a definite must if you’re staying in the area.”

“Nice location for what we needed but it wasn't very clean. Lots of bugs and shattered patio door covered by cardboard. Everytime we went outside and shut the opposite door pieces of glass came out on the concrete. No towels for showering and very little household/kitchen needs. The beds were decent and there was coffee.”

“Overall the manager was good to work with. We had no trouble accessing the property or getting what we needed. However, the home had a distinct smell (musty-covered up smoke) that lingered throughout the house. Also, the main bed was very firm, little patting, and very squeaky. It was also hot in the house. The house comes with window AC units and ceiling fans, however the window AC unit in the primary bedroom was very loud and made a whiny sound, making it hard to sleep with. ”

“Amazing place, beautiful and cozy space with gorgeous views! Great location, I hit the hot springs all morning, hiked all over in the afternoons and enjoyed cooking meals in the wonderful and well stocked kitchen with unbelievable views of the Big Horn River, Wedding of the Waters, and Wind River Canyon. Love the decks and outdoor space as well, very cool location that’s hard to beat. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend! ”
