Park Avenue and Uptown is experiencing a revitalization and fast becoming a special place to be. It is a very diverse neighborhood. Many of our neighbors walk to the store and utilize our public transit system.
A perfect location, close Historic Downtown and Bathhouse Row. It is short drive or a 15 minute walk. There is a public transit bus stop on the corner of Mountain Valley Street, just around the corner.
A great place to relax in between your adventures around Hot Springs. It is conveniently located near Hot Springs National Park, Historic Downtown Hot Springs, and dozens of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails for all levels! 3.5 miles from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming. 3.5 miles from Magic Springs Theme & Water Park. Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine & Lake Ouachita (wash-it-aw) are also near by if you are looking for water sports or fishing! We have provided a "white noise" machine on the bedside table and a fan in the bedroom since there can be traffic noise at times.
