Thoughtfully remodeled. Bright and Spacious. Great Location!
Walk to local brewery, hiking trails, coffee shop, outfitters store, hot mineral springs spa, and more. Enjoy the evening soaking in a private hot tub right outside your back door.
This charming house has all the creature comforts to feel at home in the quaint town of Hot Springs. Bring a book & board games for relaxing indoor time, with your private hot tub steps away. Prime location to use as a home base for outdoor activities. Hot Springs is a great destination in all seasons! The weather is mild & roads are tended in the wintertime. Restaurants and shops are open as well, & we love to hike the Lover's Leap trail on cool, sunny days while things are a bit quieter.

The cottage is great for couples, families, or groups of friends.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counters. Dining table seats 6 comfortably. Large smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Two rooms with oversized Queen beds and brand new extra soft sheets and bedding. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and XL twin bunk bed with plenty of bedding and adjacent bathroom. The living room has large, oversized furniture for a comfortable gathering space.

Great back deck with a grill and beautiful Spring Creek just across the street. There is a firepit and cornhole game for guest use. In season, there is a large herb garden to spice up your meals. If you are looking for a getaway in downtown Hot Springs, this is the perfect spot. The Cottage is not too big, and not too small. It's just right.
Hot Springs downtown experienced flooding, and the main downtown section and Hot Springs Resort and Spa are in various stages of cleanup and repair. Each of these businesses are closed.

The businesses that are open in town include Sara Jo’s Gas Station, Smoky Mountain Diner, Dollar General, and a couple of beverage/small grocery stores. They would love your business.

Many trails are accessible around the area, and Hot Springs is a central location for adventures in Western North Carolina, East Tennessee, and the Smokey Mountains National Park. Nearby attractions are the Biltmore Estate, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more.

All major roads into and out of Hot Springs are accessible and safe.

Lovely property

Lovely weekend home

We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate home! The rooms are large yet cozy and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook dinner. My family loved the hot tub. The hosts made sure we had propane fur the grill and even came personally when there was a problem with the AC. The workman came right out and quickly fixed the issue. The communication with the host was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again!

Sweet spot in Hot Springs

We loved our stay at the cottage. The hosts were super communicative, and the house was clean and convenient to everything. It was so nice to relax in the cozy house and enjoy the town without having to drive anywhere. We'll definitely be back.

Little Stone House 🏡

This little gem of a house is a great place to stay and relax. Walking distance to everything. We had some superb dinners in town and cooked our breakfast/brunch in the very well appointed kitchen. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!!

This house and its location are wonderful. It has everything you need (except a dishwasher, but the kitchen itself is good). Location along the creek and so close to "downtown". Would definitely go back.

Great stay in Hot Springs!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Little Stone Cottage in Hot Springs!! The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the hot tub with our morning coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with lots of cookware. The beds were very comfortable; we all felt well rested after our wonderful vacation in Hot Springs! The living room and dining area were very spacious. We were able to have our Hot Springs family over to eat and play games very comfortably. My family and I will definitely be coming back to stay at the Little Stone Cottage!!!❤️

Cozy cottage in Hot Springs!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this cute, cozy cottage in Hot Springs, NC! The house was clean, perfectly located downtown, and quiet. The upgrades were gorgeous. Even the little touches of fresh flowers were so thoughtful. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, full kitchen, giant TV in the living room, comfy couches, and large dining table for card games. It was an easy walk to local restaurants and shops. The owners were extremely responsive and friendly prior to check-in, and fortunately we didn't have to contact them while staying there because we didn't have any issues at all. We will definitely stay again!!
