The house is super cute and had everything we needed. It's furnished beautifully. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was a great location for all our activities. The host is also great to work with! We would definitely stay again!

We were there for my birthday and opening day at races, the cottage was close to track 2 min drive, could walk if you wanted to, cottage was clean and very cozy!!! I would stay again!!!

Beautiful house

We loved our stay. Beds were super comfortable. I would recommend coming in on E St Louis Avenue and not Laser to prevent people thinking the area is sketchy. It’s a gorgeous house and we felt completely safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

Stay by the racetrack

This was a very nice property had all the amenities that we needed. Walking distance from Oaklawn Park horse track the house was decorated very nicely. Had a very nice patio to sit out on kitchen table, playing cards, eating. Nice sitting room in the back if you wanted to get away from the crowd and do some work or relax on your own, I would highly recommend this place beautiful place to stay. They have a really nice security system

Overall we were satisfied with the house. I loved how close it was to everything. It was very clean which is something I look at. Debi was an amazing host letting us get there a little earlier than the 3pm mark. I would stay here again.

The house is a great historic home with an excellent central location, but what makes this an OUTSTANDING experience is the host. She takes going above and beyond to a new level. You won’t be disappointed with this choice.

Debi is an excellent host. The home was clean and so cozy and comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. Parking is tight in the steep driveway, but on street parking was safe and well lit. This was ideal for a girls getaway weekend.

It was a great house for us. The neighborhood looked a little iffy, but was very quiet and peaceful. I definitely would stay there again. Pros - roomy, private and had a security system. Communication and responses were quick and helpful. Cons - steep and narrow driveway and is best to back in and carry items in the back door.

Very Clean!

This rental is the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The A/C worked well, even upstairs in the attic room. The place is decorated well and is very comfortable. The only hesitation we had, was the location. While close to everything in Hot Springs, the houses immediately surrounding the property leave a lot to be desired. With an easily useable alarm system, we weren't sure if we were to be concerned or to have peace of mind during our stay. However, go just one block up the street and the homes are well kept, just as this rental is, so we went with peace of mind. We made sure to park in the back near the garage, rather than parking on the street

Amazing Place

First impression, this place was cleaner than any hotel, BnB, or Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Debi thought of everything anyone could possibly need. Instructions on how to use controllers, the security system, a/c, and anything else. The house is beautiful and is in a great location. The one I’d be wary about is the upstairs getting a little warm but we solved it by keeping the door closed and putting a towel at the bottom of the door to trap the cold air in. The upstairs does have its own a/c so they’ve done all they can to make it comfortable. Luckily we’re use to getting creative to keep cool. The trick worked! I took my best friend, partner and my mom. Everyone with me had nothing but great things to say about this place!
