We had a fabulous time there. The staff was courteous. There’s only one guy that looked at us weird when we asked questions but everybody else was so nice. Very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are super nice. This was that by far the best super 8 we have ever stayed at.

the tub drain really slow so it was filling up while taking a shower. They had flimsy plastic cups for the coffee so hard to hold and not suitable to hold coffee. Plus there was a penny laying on the bathroom floor showing me they did not clean very well. For the price I paid it was not worth it at all.

We got to the hotel, very nice from the outside. My husband and I checked in, very easy and quick. We went up to our room and hubs had to go to the bathroom. The toilet wouldnt fill back up after flushing. So we went down to the desk to ask the lady about it. I’m terrible with names, so sorry! But she immediately gave us another room and said she would check on it. Both rooms were very clean. The second was a little bigger though. It was just a pleasant experience from the beginning. Thank you for treating your guests so well. ❤️

The woman working had a attitude the second we walked in first she told me that all my guest had to have a id or they couldn't step foot in the motel for security reasons and also to keep the motel safe witch made me feel unsafe actually Then after booking and paying for the room because i had just ubered there and didnt want to have to move al my stuff again she assisted i pay a additional $100 cash for a deposit she was extremely rude very disrespectful i felt like i was being discriminated, i was in the lobby using the phone to make reservations elsewhere when 5 or 6 guys walked in yet not one of them had to show a id. The woman didn't even acknowledge them I wouldn't recommend anyone to even think about staying at that run down motel.

Beware of Super 8 Hot Springs
First off, the hotel requested a deposit of 100 dollars at check in. Then i was given q room key and when i opened the door, the room was full if others belingings. Sobi went back to counter and requested a empty room. The room i was given had a messed up lock that i was shown how to use. That was fine until that evening when the wine hit and it took forever to open the door. Now into the room day1 check in. The shade had broken off the window and was in the floor. I took this straightway to front counter, and it was not replaced. There was a car lot next door and the room wasit up like an airport all night. I reqyested first thing day 2 morning fir it to be fixed. After day trip return, i found a blanket hung over the window. Which did work. The bathroom had what appeared to be blood spkatteted on bottom of the wall in the bathroim under the toilet paper holder. The blow dyer did not work. The comp breakfast, had 0 cooked food. No dairy free options at all. Can cokes for purchase at front counter for 2dollars each. Due to lack of ashtrays by pool, thete were butts everywhere outside the entrance gate. They put me on the first floor and family with kids (stomping kids) above my room.. so noisy then there was the guest who SLAMMED there door shut in the middle of the night multiple times..

The air conditioner sounded like it was about to blow up. Sink was filthy. Requested a $100 deposit that was not stated when booked online. Guests above is sounded like they were moving furniture and doing a river dance all night! Our room was a non smoking room and it smelt like an ash tray. The tv channels were not correct and most were Spanish. We will not stay there again when we return to Hot Springs.

If i could give it a 0 i would. It felt very scetchy, the room door lock was busted. When walking in the building there were men that scattered to the other doors and watched you. The guy behind the counter took my money then charged me 100 deposit said it was in fine print which it was not. Usually hotels hold your card number if damages accure but not him. They also said the pool was open it was not. The hotel looks nice from outside don't let that fool you. I was there 30 minutes for my money back and left.
