Our bed had hair in it prior to us using it. I wore my flip flops in the shower and walked out with a wad of hair (not mine) stuck to my shoe. Bathroom wall and door frame had brown spots(wall was cream color). Bathroom door did not shay shut and would open on its own and no lock to keep it shut. And then there was Jeff, a 1 1/2 inch cockroach. I have been a social worker for 26 years and never saw a roach this big! Checked out of the room this morning and was not asked how my stay was. I’m thinking guests aren’t asked because they already know. Lobby looked nice but the room was a dump! Will never return!

Great location. Pillows were pretty sad. Avoid rooms near the elevators on higher floors - noise from elevator motors was a problem.

Everything was perfect. Clean Space. Friendly and Helpful Staff. Quiet Nights and breakfast readily available. We had a little problem getting the TV going but they sent someone right up who fixed it immediately. Deeply appreciate all these points.

The rooms could be cleaner. Mold in the showers, dirty floors, stained comforter, old carpet. Its time to remodel this hotel. Its a great location tho and staff is great!

The floor was so filthy our socks were black. The floor also had crumbs and animal crackers on it, the shower had hair and a bug and the blow dryer was so gross, even a bleach wipe would not clean it. We told the front desk the next morning. When we returned late that night, we had a new blow dryer, but the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned and still hair in the shower. We called, someone came up with a broom and dust pan and asked us where to clean the floor and was then going to spray a chemical on the floor to clean it. We did not want to breathe chemicals for the rest of the night, so we said no. They did get the hair in the shower, finally.

This place was really good. Self parking was tricky to figure out that it was a block away. Room walls were a bit thin, could hear the guests I the next room talking and could hear their tv. Everything else was nice and simple. Nothing over the top. Rooms, decor, check in/out, all easy and simple. Perfect, if your not planning on staying in the room much! Will definitely be back.

Housekeeping came to the room barely made the beds and left all trash on the flor that was not there originally, shower was dirty, and shampoo/conditioner/ and soap dispensers where clogged or empty. It’s in a great location but attention to details in cleaning is missing.

Perfect location to get to activities and restaurants. Was not impressed with cleanliness. Room was not swept when we checked in and husband had to wipe down the shower for me. Hotel was packed and the only pillows on the bed were small square throw pillows.

Older hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds. The shower floor “popped” constantly while showering and the shower had poor pressure. Staff was very friendly. I didn’t eat the buffet breakfast because most hotels offer the same fare complimentary. The charge of 15.00 seemed a little expensive for a “hotel” breakfast.
