"Our family—3 sons, daughters-in-law, 8 g’kids, and my Mom—had an amazing time at the Yellow Farmhouse, Christmas-style! Our host Michelle thought of everything to make our stay so cozy and festive! The house was the perfect Christmas house on steroids!!! Everywhere you looked, there were Christmas trees/decor, Santas, or Father Christmases everywhere, and many mechanical ones! Michelle answered any and all of my questions at any time and of day!! I could count on her answer within two minutes—every.single.time. She even provided us with a keyboard for our g’kids to have a Christmas piano recital! She was simply the most attentive hostess we’ve ever had, and we’ve stayed in a LOT of vacation homes around the country! We appreciate all she did to make our stay just one of the best! Her home was so accommodating with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, much living/relaxing space, a huge kitchen, and even a spacious garage for the older g’kids to play in! The yard area was perfect, also, with the rolling hills—we had fun running up and down and kicking a ball and rollerblading on all the cement driveways and walkways! The home was very clean and had absolutely everything we would ever need! We would definitely stay here again!!! "

"i love the lay out of the house and everything about it the vibes were amazing and the bed was so comfortable love the rolling barn doors the rustic look was everything the water pressure wasn’t all that great and the house wouldn’t stay as warm as i would have liked but other than that a great stay over all enough room for me my fiance and our two big dogs it was so close to everything town and interstate was like 5 - 10 min away which was ideal"

"Great home within minutes of downtown Knoxville. Bedrooms and furniture were clean and accommodating. Communication with property owner was excellent. Easy check in and check out. I would bring my family here again!"

"Great little get away for my kids and myself. The tiny home was nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The animals were right outside the door and the river was a few steps away. The kids enjoyed wading and fishing in the river. Firewood and all the items to make s’mores were provided to enjoy by the campfire. We will definitely be back!"

"Enjoyed our stay at Riverside Retreat! Everything was very clean and comfortable. River views were beautiful! The host was great and quick to respond! We were in town for our son’s college bass championship on Cherokee Lake and this house was a great place to stay for that! Would definitely recommend!"

"House was very clean and updated. Well stocked with kitchen items you need, great location close to both Lake Douglas and Norris Lake and not far from Pigeon Forge. We had a great time and the kids loved their little pad in basement. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the outdoor sitting area too!!"

"The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely stay here again! "
