The side door stayed open even though a sign was there that key access was needed. Anyone could have entered. Every hallway and elevator smelled like weed. The elevators were rickety and the control panel for scanning your room key to call the elevator didn't work half the time. The toilet in my room had not been flushed from the last use. There was no reception on the television. There were burn or cut holes in the bed skirts.

Hotel Fire alarm went off 4 times one night durning my stay. On 1st alarm I rushed downstairs to lobby to see what was going on and front desk agent said it was false alarm. The alarm went off another 3 times , guest were in the hall way confuse as to evacuate or just another super loud false alarm again. Hotel should have a speaker announcing it was a false alarm so guest can stay in the room and not rush down the stairs to only be told it false alarm again. The driveway leading into hotel was very dirty and trashy. Other than these issues the stay was ok.

The desk people are rude and unhelpful, they also don't like answering the phone or manning the desk. The elevators are very shady and broken buttons. The rooms need updated very badly. Our room had roaches and bad ventilation smelled much like mold hard to breathe. Room only had one light by the door. The lamp had broken bulbs and when asked if we could get replacements they were out and put in a work order. Also they ran out of towels so couldn't give us any. AC was also struggling to work correctly. Do not be outside at night very shady area. Terrible experience DO NOT STAY HERE!

The property was hard to get into if you have never been there before. The room was clean but had a smell. Kinda musty. The hotel was clean overall but kinda seemed like it was due an update or at least some freshening up. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Let’s start with the staff! The front desk lady had a horrible attitude from the jump! When I got in the room it smelled like mildew and when I turned on the ac I noticed it was covered with BLACK MOLD!! Infested with roaches!! I almost had a heart attack when I woke up and seen multiple roaches crawling on my shoes. I would never stay here again . Too bad I can’t upload photos so you guys can see what I had to deal with 120 down the drain

As I arrived checking in was good, I went to my room. First thing I wanted wanted was to take a shower due to the drive. The shower doesn’t work and water doesn’t come on nor in the sink. So they moved me which was supposed to be a better room. This room smells of mold and water damage. I tried as much as I could but I wasn’t able to stay the entire 3 days. I checked out the next morning. And then was told I would get NO refund because I booked through Expedia and that made it a third party and not directly through them. So NO refund. So I left anyway after being told by the young lady at the front desk told me that was being stupid for leaving.

It did what it needed to do but would not stay here again. Staff was fine, average but a handful of people who reserved looked shady. There was police 2 out of 3 days there. Sheets and bed itself have stains. Rooms stunk, I think it was the carpet.

After 10 o’clock there was nobody at the front desk we had to go through the side doors to get in. They close the front doors because of homeless people were across the street. The trashcan outside the building was filled all the way to the top and on the floor, I mentioned to the front desk they never did anything about it. I looked at it the next day and it was still like that they never cleaned up. Yes, it was kind of dirty.
