I was grateful that they held my reservation. We checked in at 2:00 am and the clerk was prompt in checking us in. No issues with registration or the room which was very spacious. The dining room didn’t have plates or utensils and slim pickings.

Noisy with feet smell
This hotel is very close to the freeway so it is noisy, the door did not shut/seal completely so I could heard all road noise, the isolation in between rooms in poor so you can hear the tv’s around you I requested another room for the second night, but they did not give me it to me Not so many bathroom amenities and my room had a feet smell. Overall really bad experience, I won’t stay there again

We apologize if there was any miscommunication but rooms were available for you to switch to as soon as they were cleaned. You never came back to the office to exercise that option.

Thank you for letting the Front Desk know that you needed a chair. We were happy to assist you in getting that. I would recommend asking if our handicap-accessible rooms are available since everything in those rooms are lower to the ground.

We enjoyed our time here. Room was clean and updated! We really liked the vinyl flooring and the bed was super comfy! Ive never been to a motel like this with a full sized refrigerator! We will be back!!
