We checked into Room 232. We were quite surprised to find that the room was occupied! We then told that they were overbooked and the only room left was 224 where the AC was not working! They promised a discounted rate but would not specify what that would be. I guess we’ll see when we check out!

Something unique about the property is that they have an Electric Car charger area. The one thing I didn't like was that the shower head spewed water onto the door and floor. The shower head had tape on it and the tape was coming off.

Staff at check-in was friendly and professional. Room was as expected. However, I selected this hotel because it had EV chargers. When I arrived, only one of the four EV chargers was working, and it was in-use, so I had to leave the property late at night to charge my car.

The Jacuzzi was warm but not working in terms of bubbles. NO hot water in the shower or sink this morning. 4/21/24. Not convenient at all. I told the front desk lady simply said: oh ya, someone else told me that… I know it’s not her fault but she could have tried to ask me if I needed anything, see if we could get a compensation or just showing that she actually cared !

I made reservations with several other family members and all of their rooms were canceled under the guise of A/C problems. When we got there, I learned there was no problem with the A/C. Instead all of the double rooms were given to a large church group and the hotel was overbooked. There were not enough towels in the hotel, as the large group were sleeping 6 people to each room and needed more towels. The hotel should have done a better job planning accommodation for the guests. The shower was also full of hair. We only stayed one night, and found another hotel the next day.

Daughter was in a sofa bed that wasnt made for our arrival, called reception many times with no answer, went to reception (to be fair the only member of staff was busy with checkin), when I eventually got to the desk, i was told there are no pillows but she can give me sheets….no pillows in the whole hotel…I obviously gave up my pillow for her. Went to make the sofa bed & the mattress was stained & the underneath of the sofa was dirty (photos taken as evidence). Went to checkout in the morning (cut my stay short my 2 days) & clearly the new member of staff was reading notes on the system after my complaint to expedia, this came with a terrible attitude towards me & the refusal to issue me a receipt. Will never use a best western again after colleagues suggesting me not to use due to previous bad experiences. I was given a partial refund for the two nights we never stayed thanks to expedia but they refused to refund for the first night for unknown reasons & no response as yet directly from best western after contacting them directly

We were bitten by bugs that were in the bed. The front desk transferred us to another room that was dirty (food on the floor)and the tv was broken. We decided to just leave the facility around midnight and drive 2 hours to get home instead of staying in a place that had bugs and was unsanitary. After requesting a refund i was told by the hotel that they did an inspection and there were no bed bugs found so we would not receive a refund. I have pictures of whatever type of bug running around in the bed and one was on the pillow case. Also pics of how my husband and i were bitten by the bugs and now have painful welps on our bodies. Sent all of that to the hotel and they still refused to refund $109. Its really sad

Kind of nice stay
This was a pretty good hotel that had a few issues, some specific to our needs. We reserved a handicapped accessible room with two beds and roll in shower. This was all delivered, the room was spacious, the bathroom good. The issues were as follows: 1) all the handicapped parking is on the south side of the building. But the handicapped rooms are on the north side of the building, so that is a considerable walk. That needs to be addressed somehow. (We mentioned this to the front desk folks who said they would pass it along). Second, although the room had a lot of electrical outlets, a good half of them didn't work. This was important to us to plug in C Paps (again, handicapped room). We had to keep trying plug after plug, and sometimes if one in a dual outlet worked, if you plugged something in the other outlet, the thing you plugged in "died" because the electricity went out. Third, there was only one bath towel in the bathroom. We relayed the plug problem to the front desk too, and they said they would have the electricians take care of it. And the staff was always friendly and helpful. Just a number of quirks with the room, some very specific to our needs. I would try them again, hopefully with the above issues addressed. (Just FYI, close to restaurants, fairly easy to get to off access road. A bit of traffic noise.)
