Boardwalk Home One Block to Kemah Activities

Beautifully updated and modern 2352 sq.ft. 3 level home. Perfect for friends, family or corporate travel. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is a great place for up to 10 guests with a huge gourmet kitchen, large family room, and balconies to watch summer fireworks and , room for boat parking. Great place for entertaining. Steps away from the Kemah Boardwalk, 1-2 blocks from all the top bars and restaurants (without the noise!), near NASA Space Center, beaches & more.

Mobility scooter available for rent for $100 per stay. With PRIOR reservation if available.
WE HAVE A STRICT NO PET POLICY
No smoking

This large, modern home with it's open floor plan and ideal location is not only the perfect spot close to entertainment, but it is also the best value on the boardwalk!

Kemah has a noise ordinance therefore loud music or noise is prohibited after 10 pm

Host was very responsive. This place is located just a short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, and a couple minutes from grocery stores. If you’re into cooking there is plenty of pots/pans. We overall really enjoyed our stay. The house does need a little tlc (can tell there was water damage in different areas of the ceiling) but it didn’t ruin our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Kemah

My family of 5 spent 3 days here as part of our spring break trip. The location was very nice to be within walking distance of the Kemah boardwalk and several other restaurants. The house itself was very nice with plenty of room and amenities for everyone. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would use again if in the area.

Great find, Affordable, and Accommodating

Just came back from a 3 night stay at this beautiful property. The pictures of this property show the exact look of what you'll see when you arrive (no staging). For a little more than what we would have paid for a hotel room, we were able to get an entire house which was only a few blocks away from the Kemah Boardwalk. The property manager was in constant contact with us during our stay and even arranged for more bikes to be brought to the property for my daughter and her friends to ride around the area.

Beautiful Property

My family and I decided to get away for the weekend and ventured to Kemah for a mini vacation. We lodged at this beautiful home and enjoyed the convenience of being located a few blocks from the Boardwalk and steps away from the Bay. The amenities were great and the process of communicating with the property manager was easy and simplistic. The house was clean and stocked with necessary essentials needed for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation at this beautiful property.

Lots of little details not attended to. Broken door jam in bedroom at front. Main door wood rot - does not affect the stay but leaves an impression. TV worked yeah for the kids muy importante. Overall a good stay.
