Superior staff friendliness and responsiveness. Rooms and facilities are well kept and up to date. Bar and restaurant on site Kroger is a short walk away. Some issues with tub and sink drains that were promptly resolved. Not perfect, but I would stay again. The people make it.

AC was great and I did not get to try out breakfast! Front of house staff was excellent in the evening and morning! Even if the elevator was out of order it was good to get some exercise!

Our room was on the second floor but the elevator was not working . The manager helped us with carrying the luggage to our room . Next morning the shower didn't work , we called the manager who thankfully sent maintanace to put a new faucet . I believe if house cleaning reported this problem the day before we wouldn't have to wait . The Bistro was not open too but Kroger was across the street & we had to go there for breakfast .

I went to check in. The gentleman at the front desk was telling me the room is going to be $270. I told him I already paid online. He kept trying to charge me. Convinced me to cancel my reservation. But I know I wouldn't get a refund. I called Expedia and they were able to help me. But at this point I did not want to return. And wil never return.
