  • TRENDY JUST BUILT (Sep 2023) one story home close to all the beauty Vintage Park Houston has to offer. Enjoy sitting on the patio under the umbrella with your friends or family. Home has several TVs, WIFI, cookware, outdoor patio with much more amenities within the home. Neighborhood has ample walking space, and a gorgeous lake with water retention. Private patio with outdoor furniture to relax, eat, drink or vibe. Easy access to Vintage Park, The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress.

    Come home and be relaxed in high end furniture and living or just play video games on the at home arcade. The home is yours to enjoy

Very clean

The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It had what we needed in the kitchen to function for the week. My mom commented that the bathtub could use tread strips for senior citizens.

No AC

Initially the lock would not open with the app that was downloaded. Contacted host and this was fixed. Then noticed that less than 12 hours before our arrival there was an email sent (which I did not see) stating NO AC. Coming from out of town and no additional housing available. Host never offered to change price or bring fans. Had to go spend money for large industrial fans. The house had no house stock like extra paper towels, coffee, sugar, etc. Beds were comfortable.
