This is a bare-bones place. Even though there is a kitchen there are no plates, no silverware, no cups, no mugs, no coffee pot - just 1 dishrag. No tissues. 2 plastic cups and a bar of soap in the bathroom - no shampoo, lotion, etc. Everything was clean and in good shape. Just know what to NOT expect before you get there.

honestly the room was great. super clean and everything. i was only in the room for about 9 hours out of the day just to sleep. my only complaint was that the room above mine was so freakin loud and im pretty sure they had a huge dog just running around up there. it would wake me up out of my sleep about 5 times per night. it got so bad that i put in a noise complaint, BUT they did call them and they settled down for a bit but they would start again. i know that’s completely out of the hotels power but it was just annoying. aside from that e everything was perfect

It’s a nice hotel. Very clean, really comfortable beds but it was built with very cheap materials. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you can hear what the next door and upstairs people are doing. They kept running around screaming jumping. It made it very hard to sleep. I guess you get what you pay for . In the morning the housekeepers were being so loud and kept moving the furniture around and hitting our wall. It was very annoying. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was low on funds.

Staff was nice but general manager was combative and would rather tell you to leave and try and help you. The location was not secure, has anyone could walk in the doors without access doors were propped open there were people sleeping in the stairwells. Safety was actually a concern for my stay and when I approached, the general manager for assistance immediately was defensive and as I tried to explain to her what was going on, she told me to get out when I told her that I had already paid for the next night. She told me oh well and called the cops on me. All I asked her was to see security footage by my door for one hour she refused.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were so overwhelmed with the situation they had to deal with. There was no water two distant times. Plus the 1st room i had was terrible. Bad in the aspect that every single noise could be heard and was like an echo! I had absolutely no sleep the 1st night. So the girl was very nice and moved me to the 4th floor and it was much nicer. With the exception of not having water now that was a problem. But they did eventually get it fixed.

The room was nice and big and yes, the ac kept the room cool. There was no hot water on Saturday night. It was luke warm at best. The attendant said there was no weekend manager to report the problem to but someone should be there to fix it on Sunday, the day we checked out.

Front Desk help need a.refresher training. And have her pull the hardware out of her lip and nose to set a professional example when greeting guest. Also, train Panacea on how.to.speak.clearly and.use.precise.language.in order to.communicate with the guests. She struggled to.find my reservation through Expedia. In short, train staff to.warmly freet guests. Be aware of.guests arrival, not just shootin the breeze with other.employees and then have your.computer skills vetted and well versed. Good hotel though.

Elevator didn’t work first night so I had to carry all luggage up and down to 3rd floor on stairs, also key pad to enter building didn’t work so I had to swipe card 10x to enter building… the night staff on check out date of 2/17 was very rude, both nights the power kept cutting on and off so I got no sleep because I woke up to the microwave beeping
