The main living area features an open-concept layout that makes it easy to gather and unwind. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for easy meals, from quick breakfasts before heading out to the lake to home-cooked dinners after a long day on the water. Ample counter space and bar seating make meal prep simple and keep everyone connected. A convenient half bath on the main level adds extra comfort for groups.
Upstairs, the condo’s three bedrooms provide restful retreats for a variety of guest arrangements. The primary bedroom offers privacy and its own en suite bathroom, making it an ideal space for couples or parents. The additional bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate families and friends, with easy access to a shared full bathroom to keep mornings running smoothly.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the canal.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
