I recently stayed at the Hampton Suites in Houston, and overall, it was a very good experience. The property is excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. I was also very impressed with the rooms, which were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only issue I encountered during my stay was a minor hiccup with our room door lock, which stopped opening. We reported it to the front desk early in the morning before leaving for an event. Unfortunately, when we returned five hours later, the problem had still not been resolved. Aside from that one maintenance delay, I really enjoyed this property and would still highly recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness.

The property is ok, but it needs a good spic and span cleaning all around, especially the rugs, they don´t look old, they just look dirty, the elevator floors were very dirty. The staff was great, especially the manager and the staff at the breakfast area.
