Welcome to your home away from home! After all, who doesn’t like the convenience of central Houston and the scenic beauty of Buffalo Bayou? It’s the best of both worlds with the perfect blend of culture and nature! Not only are you only minutes from some of Houston’s best restaurants and attractions, you’ll also have easy access to Interstates 10, 45, 69, and 610 if you’re looking to explore other parts of the Houston metropolitan. This is a house with 4 separate units inside. Each unit has everything you will need and then some more.

Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ IMPORTANT ★

Please note thar the house is located near train tracks and passing trains can cause occasional noise. To ensure a restful stay, we've provided a white noise machine with over 30 soothing sounds options to help you sleep comfortably.



★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.
