Everything was perfect, breakfast, very clean, will stay again. Parking for a regular size truck was a little tricky, and there’s an upscale gentleman’s club next door which was very quiet but might make for an awkward conversation if you pull into the wrong parking lot

Reserved a double queen, with late check in. At check in I received a 1 king with pull out sofa, because they over sold the hotel. With out compensation or explanation.

El baño de la habitación se cerró por accidente y el personal del hotel no ayudó en nada, no tenían las llaves y no nos dieron solución pésimo servicio. Tuve que llamar a un cerrajero por mi parte y me cobraron 250 dólares.

We came for a football game at NRG Stadium and we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and in an excellent area. We paid for the 2 night parking. We did have issues with the TV almost the entire stay and were given a new remote but that did not fix the issue. We believed it was an internet issue maybe? It would take about 15 minutes to load the channels and at times would freeze when trying to change the channels too. We had a slight issue with the toilet and were moved to another room on our second night. The young man who checked me out did apologize several times and removed the parking fees for our troubles. We will stay here at our next visit to Houston.
