This is the perfect house to entertain large groups. Located in East Downtown, you'll feel like you're in the center of Downtown with the breath-taking views of the skyline that can be enjoyed from our large 500sf rooftop.



The Space:

Our home has a little bit of something for everyone! Spanning from our four different themed rooms: Girl's Night Out Room, Tulum Room, Pop Art Room, and Modern Bunk Room, we've designed a space that is perfect for entertaining large groups and creating a memorable experience that will have you coming back for more. Make sure to snap a photo on the LARGE rooftop terrace with the Houston skyline in the background.



Pop Art Bedroom (Master Bedroom): features a canopy king bed



Tulum Bedroom: features a king bed



Girl's Night Out Bedroom: features two queen beds - make sure to turn off the lights and hit the special light switch that puts the room in PARTY MODE



Modern Bunk Bedroom: features two large queen bunk beds (four queen beds total) and one luxurious velvet sleeper sofa



Parking: Private gated property / driveway with double car garage and lots of FREE street parking available

-Incredible large rooftop terrace overlooking downtown and and the Houston Medical Center.

-The home is very well maintained and very clean.

-Tons of windows to let in natural light for a very open feel.



Living/Dining/Kitchen: Large, fully furnished living room with a 75" 4k Smart TV. Smart TV available for access to all streaming services. *There is no cable TV*. 1 very large and comfortable sectional sofa and two lounge chairs. The dining table features 8 seats and easily converts into a ping-pong and pool table for guests and their groups to enjoy. Our beautiful and open kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.



A Shuffle Board is also located on the 3rd floor for guests and their group to enjoy!



Bathrooms: 3 full private, ensuite large bathrooms. Hand soap, body wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2nd floor, near the living room, has an additional half bathroom containing a sink and toilet.



-Tons of closet space and shelf space in all three bedrooms. Closet hangers provided.

-Energy efficient central HVAC.

-Most premium high speed WIFI

-Fresh towels provided.

-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent and softener provided for on-

site laundry.

-Iron and small ironing board.

-Hair Dryers in each bathroom.

-Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.



*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.

This neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and extremely safe. It is moments away from many restaurants, bars, and cool spots to hang

Other Things to Note:

We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our newly constructed luxury home is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R.

House overall was great! There were a couple small items that the homeowner is now addressing so the half bath sink functions better and a couple very minor items. The kitchen, rooftop and bedrooms were perfect!

This place was home base for our trial team concluding a trial downtown Houston. It was great - in particular the rooftop deck was a perfect place for us to work on closing arguments. The large room with queen over queen bunks does not have its own bathroom, so be aware of that. The kitchen was well stocked and met our needs. And we even made use of the pool table!

Booked the accommodations with some co-workers for a conference at the convention center, and it worked out great. Place was as advertised. Rooftop deck was used every evening during our stay. Short Uber/Lyft ride to the convention center, basketball arena and baseball stadium. Also some good restaurants and breweries about a 1/2 mile away. We would definitely book again for future trips to Houston.

We booked this house due to its proximity to the George R. Brown and couldn't have been happier. It was a very easy walk and there were so many restaurants and bars that are walkable in this area. The house itself was great and easily fit our large group allowing the families to spread out and have their own space but also plenty of gathering time in the common areas. The rooftop deck is AMAZING and provided the most beautiful night time views. The fenced in yard was great as we brought our little puppy and never had to fear that he would escape. In addition to the house, the neighbors were wonderful and provided many suggestions as to what was walkable. Perhaps the best part was the communication with Brad and Austin. Booking, check in instructions, and just overall communication was GREAT! I had several questions during our stay and I always received a prompt response. My family and I look forward to visiting this property again and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Main Character Energy Only!This home understood the assignment. Perfect for a staycation with friends! Stylish, spacious, and right in the middle of all the action. The location? Elite. Walking distance to bars and eateries that are literally TikTok famous, so yes… we had to pop out.The host was top-tier responsive from the moment we booked. No stress, no guesswork. The multi-level layout was a whole vibe: everyone had their own space but we could still come together easily.And the stairs? Consider them complimentary cardio! Honestly didn’t mind at all. The home was beautiful, fun, and gave luxury-without-trying-too-hard energy.10/10 would stay again. If you’re thinking about booking. do it!

Traveling with a few other coworkers and staying here was a blast. The comforts of home with a wonderful patio for entertaining outdoors while enjoying the Houston skyline! Themed bedrooms were fun and the management team communication was great.Wel be staying here again.

Good find

The property is very beautiful. Four floors, nicely appointed, updated appliances. Neighborhood is 3 blocks from the convention center and the big hotels. About a 15 walk and a straight shot with sidewalks. Some amazing restaurants within 10-12 minute walk. I needed an iron one day and couldn’t find it. The owner had a new one to me immediately. The rooftop deck was really cool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize as much as I would have liked because Houston was having an unusual cold snap. However we went up anyway and it was nice to sit with a cocktail and look at the city. We stayed in a couple nights and had everything we needed to make some food. Nice little find!

Very Disappointing

We visited with our family and friends and were so disappointed with so many things at this home. For the amount we paid, I would never stay there again. -Upon entering the home, there was an awful smoke smell that was very strong throughout. -The ping pong table net was a joke and was unusable. The net was broken and taped to a pencil, so there was no way to connect it to the table.-We saw bed bug traps around the beds, which was very concerning and not mentioned at all. -the pictures of the rooftop deck show a black swing and fire pit to use and neither were there. The couch and table out there are old and moldy.

Clean and well described

This property was exactly as it is described. It was clean, the owner very responsive to messages and had a lot of amenities. The only side comment I would make is to note that anyone staying on the top floor doesn't have readily available access to a bathroom unless they enter one of the other bedrooms or go to the main floor for the half bath. It wasn't the end of the world, but slightly inconvenient. Having 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms though was a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay, went to a football game. The owner gave us many suggestions for amazing food options. We enjoyed our stay and if we come to Houston again, we would stay here again for certain!!!
