This hotel is very poor, do not book this hotel. This hotel is very noisy towards the I45, and it is a standard motel configuration, unlike the picture. The room has a very strong smell. The worst thing is that I asked to check out when I checked in. The front desk at the time told me that I could check out. The first day before (I booked 3 days) was deducted, but when the next day, a front desk and I said the hotel price was too cheap and I didn't agree to refund the remaining two days. He said that the hotel was worth 100 $ a day, and I only set it for 50 $, so I couldn't refund it. Gosh, the Holiday Inn next door is 100 $ a day, OK? I complained to the website and to the OYO Group, and they did not respond. In the future, I will not stay in OYO hotels, nor will I recommend my friends to stay in OYO chain hotels.

Didn't stay here bc hotel is not affiliated with Expedia. Don't waste your time trying to book bc it isn't OYO anymore, it's called Budget? And they aren't working with Expedia

They won’t let you stay.
They don’t accept bookings through Hotels dot com. I spent 2 hours on the phone with hotels dot com getting a refund. It is not good for hotels dot com to have them on their website. Hotels.com please remove this chain from your website.

I had a reservation to this hotel. As I was getting on my flight to Houston to stay at this hotel for that evening, I get an email saying they CANCELED my reservation. When calling OYO, they told me because the rate of my room changed that day, my reservation was no longer valid. When I asked the price difference, they told me the room increased by only a few dollars more! They canceled my reservation the day of my arrival because it was more than the price I reserved it. I told them I will gladly pay the extra money because I had no other place to stay. They told me they don't do reservations over the phone. This was my first time booking a room with OYO, and I will NEVER do it again!

Overall our stay was average to good. Although, the handle on the vanity sink kept falling off, the floor when I walked with bare feet did not feel clean and in the room above us a gentleman was walking around in cowboy boots and we called the office about it and we continued to hear his walking which was really very loud. I listened to that for another 3 hours which was 8 pm and called the office again. I told the office I was not trying to be difficult but that I had been listening to it for 3 plus hours and wanted to go to bed soon and the gentleman in the office told me that one of the men wore cowboy boots. I told him that that's what it sounded like and asked if we could change rooms. He told me he didn't know how that would help and got an irritated tone with me and said he'd call them again. After he called them the 2nd time I assume the gentleman took off his boots so that I could get to sleep. I doubt we will stay at their establishment again though.

Close to Cynthia Woods Pavillion
We needed a place to stay for the concert we were going to at Cynthia Wood Pavilion. It was close and Uber charge was cheap due to being so close. A/C worked great and the room was decent. You get what you pay for. All we needed was a decent place to sleep after the concert. I would stay here again if I go to another concert.

The man at check in was verry polite and helpful. The light in the living area did not work. The lights on both sides of the bed did not work. The alarm clock could not be set. You couldn't adjust the A/C temperature. I almost slipped in the shower due to slime on the ffloor surface.

I didn't like anything about this property. The pictures on Travelocity looked like a new motel when in fact it was a very old motel that had a new coat of paint inside and not much else. When I came back after a very intense dentist appointment the room was stripped of all linen. When I asked when they would finish cleaning my room they said it would be at least 4:00 p.m. Shortly after I left even though I had paid for a second night. I know it wasn't refundable and learned again, you pay for what you get. It was a very bad experience. Charlene Henney

It was a last minute booking. Plus all the other hotels were sold out due to storm damage. The staff wasn't very accommodating. But the room was clean & the bed was comfortable.

Poor condition
Hotel good area, but room had lots dead bugs all over the room, and every piece of furniture had dust. The door would get stuck opening and closing. We turned on the mini fridge waiting for an hour to see if cools. Never turned on. Went to front office about concerns. He was rude said rooms are as is. They will not go fixing anything and is our problem not there's.

Charged me $10 for early check. I was already staying at this hotel and they expected me to check out that morning, drive around Houston for 4 hrs and recheck in because the computer wouldn’t blend the 2 reservations together. In all my years of travel, I’ve never heard of anything so absurd.

Booked on Expedia & when I called ( see if they had a microwave for my sons milk) She said they canceled it because the price was higher then when I booked but if I wanted I could pay the new price I had booked a month prior, after driving all day with a toddler & a baby This was absolutely unprofessional.

The room was clean and warmed up very quickly. Some of the outlets don't work mostly the USB outlets but besides that i enjoyed my stay.
