Mattress was older than I am. Pillows old, flat. Linens thin, scratchy. Stained carpet. Not enough hot water to shower. Noisy AC unit but needed to cover highway noise. Pay more, be more comfortable.

The comforter had spots like it hadn’t be wash or cleaned. There was a guy in my room claim he was maintenance fixing the tv. The Sunday morning desk lady(young girl) just snatch the key cards from and shut the window. When I tried to ask for a receipt she told me to check my email and slammed the window shut and walked away When I saw this I was I had picked the wrong hotel, but tried to make it work. I will not be returning to this location again

Not as advertised. The description for this property describes the adjoining property. This is a no frills, run down property that needs lots of love. Literal hole in the wall in the bathroom, lumpy mattress, lights on the bed did not work. Musty smell masked by air freshener. A good strong push against the door would open it chained and locked (Housekeeping did exactly that). I did not feel safe here.

Our room was awful. We were given a room in another building away from the main building. Our dirty white door was right off of the parking lot. The curtain had 2 holes in it that looked like bullet holes.. The carpet was dirty and stained. It had poor lighting. The sheets were cheap thin material. The bath towels were cheap thin towels. The bathroom walls had dirty marks on them. The bathtub had a chip in it. The tv was missing the power cord. We had to ask for one. It was a depressing room. We left one day early. The next 2 hotels we stayed at were also 3 star and they were both very nice. This room did not compare - it should be rated as a 1 star.

Needles in the parking lot, room not clean, breakfast consist of boiled egg and you had to walk next door to get it.

The room was ok but beds were uncomfortable, the spring board was broken and bed was sunken. No batteries for tv remote so had to use another form of media. Had to go to the sister hotel for breakfast not convienent at all. The breakfast was limited and not enough for two hotela to share.

The first room I was given was a king one day and smelled like dog even though it says that there's no pets allowed it smells so horrible that I had to ask for a different room. When I asked the man changed me immediately two doors down to a room that smelled even worse so bad that I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep I told him don't worry about it and change my key back to the first room because I'm not going to be jumping from room to room just to find out that the next is worse and the next is worse so I left immediately and I stayed somewhere completely different and didn't even bother asking for the refund because I knew I wouldn't get it for like weeks because I went and paid with a gift card like an idiot. Didn't look nothing like the pictures I was not comfortable at all because of the smell and The Man behind the test said there's a zero pet policy in place to go get some rest somewhere else there is about six dogs in the parking lot being walked around and then there was a dog park behind the other hotel and to tell me that they're not pet friendly there, I wish I would have stayed at the Platinum where I've been staying for the last couple weeks very clean super awesome people.
