I'm really sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We are in a middle of a heat wave, so you admit in this review. My front desk attempt to resolved in every way he knew, as he used to be maintenance, and once he was sure he couldn't get you settled he called our head maintenance after ours to come back up to the property and resolve this for you. It was only down a total of 2 hours. If the AC had not been working when housekeep cleaned the room, we wouldn't have turn it clean. On a sold out night, my team did everything we could to address the issue. Upon checkout, since you booked through a 3rd party and we couldn't refund the money, we offered to sign you up for IHG Rewards so we could compensate you with points, which you refused. Therefore we gave you 25 back out of our cash drawer. I'm sorry if you feel like the whole stay should be refunded, but I do feel like we addressed the issue as fast as possible.

I'm sorry to hear that your check-in experience was not good. I've already spoken to that associate. While he didn't recognize anything off in the communication, he is committed to working better in the future.

I'm really sorry that your TV didn't get addressed. We are usually much more efficient with that, but we clearly dropped the ball on that one. I will speak to my team about making sure they follow through with those requests.

Hello Bryan,I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with us. The lights in the bathroom are actually connected to a master switch at the front door, which is explained at every check-in. I will speak to my team about that interaction you speak of. They are a more low key team, however they are very effective individuals. I can also promise you they all love their jobs. As for the thin walls, in the three years we have been opened we have never had this feedback before. We have guests staying with us for long periods of time, and we rarely get a noise compliant. Please let the front desk know in the future if another guest around you is being loud so that we can call them and ask them to quiet down.
