Location is perfect for downtown. Listing was clean and beautiful! the things I don’t care for are checkin is 5pm not 3pm. and check out is 10am not 11 or 12pm like hotels. This seems like a way to capitalize. If you desire early you would need to pay. Next I purchased groceries and stove didn’t work. Although mgmt company responded time was quick kly approaching for check out and breakfast. In beginning they offered someone to come and check but we weren’t dressed then and it was time to depart soon. They allow stay until 11am, yet no maintenance came when we informed we were then dressed. they were polite in communicating. Just ensure stove works properly. Oh yes. No large drying towels were provided so bring large towels with you I then received a “ summary text that they offered someone to come” which as a attorney was a means to document so I countered the text in detail. In summary home is as described just ensure gas stove works and turns on, we lost means and breakfast food has to toss it all. Ensure there are drying large towels for the listing thank you checkin was easy again communication was professional and polite. I did take a video of stove and have proof of all communication with mgmt company that she informed she would tell when on their way, they never showed prior to departure.

Great location to watch the Astros!

The home was clean and the location was great for Daikin Park to watch the Astros. There was plenty of room and the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor so being able to manage stairs is a must. You can see the downtown skyline from the balcony on floor 2 and the rooftop on floor 4. Overall a nice place to stay.

The place is nice. However, there are many flights of stairs to navigate. There is a train the run and sounds it's horns at all hours of the day and night. This is by breweries, so the night crowd and activities can be loud. There is a compressor of some sort that goes off about every 30min .. yes even at 2am. The privacy of the window blinds is very poor in the living/kitchen area. The garage is super loud when the door goes up or down. Neighbors definitely know when you come and go ...

Nice Stay, but..

The property was nice and clean…very modern, great location. My only two issues was that the tenant underneath me kept complaining about noise when we were just doing normal everyday stuff. Also, I parked in the garage, so sometimes when I would be ready to leave, there would be someone blocking me in .

Home Away From Home

We were in town to attend a graduation at the University of Houston, which was less than two miles from the rental. The location of the rental was near to everywhere we needed to go. The rental was very clean and the online photos truly represented what you got. We had all the creature comforts of home. The communication with the host was very good. Check in and out was very smooth. I liked that we were able to park our vehicle in the garage. Good value for the money. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location in the heart of Huston

Excellent property in a cool neighborhood. If you are a foodie there are many local restaurants that are within walking distance from the property. Also it’s close enough to walk to the convention center. Beautiful property with great rooftop patio. I will stay here again.
