The room was spacious, run down and used appearance but clean and did not smell bad. Over all not a bad experience.

The price for the night was telling of the condition of the grounds. You get what you pay for. My room did have clean linens, a fridge, a microwave, and cable tv. There were small roaches in my bed and bathroom. Wish I could’ve afforded better but I couldn’t.

I didn't like anything about this Hotel its not liveable, it has roaches, dirty microwave, refrigerator, and bed. The tv doesn't work.... I feel like I should be refunded

The access to the backside of the building is horrible and very narrow and i had to light citronella candles for the bugs.

Only clean thing in then room we’re the sheets, which reeked of cigarettes and booze. They refused to give me towels, even though none came in the room, and people kept walking pass my room door all throughout the night, LOUDLY laughing and talking. 0 out of 10, The ghetto.

We booked on Expedia because we needed a quick place to stay on a layover and left immediately after seeing the place. The screen window was broken, the bathroom door was broken (looked like it had been busted through) there was blood on the wall, and everything was filthy. I’ve never made a negative review in my life but we felt incredibly unsafe here.

The positive was the front desk agent he was friendly, attentive, and assured me it was a safe area. Considering the property is right next to a sports bar directly off the highway. The room was roach infested and dirty me and my teenager did not sleep just due to being uncomfortable. It was only 41 dollars on a Saturday night i got exactly what i paid for, just next time a heads up would be nice, sarcasticly.

Ok for a super low budget stay. Room showed extensive pet damage on the door molding in the bathroom and smelled a lot like cigarettes for a non-smoking room. Shower water never really got warm, let alone hot. Written policy provided on site advises no sitting or standing outside of room or anywhere in walkways or parking lot is allowed, as well as not allowed to hang out in walkways after 11pm. Also no vehicle repairs by guests are allowed. Knowing this ahead of time would help to gauge what to expect and determine if the low cost is really worth it.
