The house was absolutely perfect for our stay with all of our kids and grandkids. We loved having so many separate bedrooms and bathrooms—it made everything so comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was the best equipped of any place we’ve ever stayed. There were plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and casserole dishes for everyone.The spacious common room made it easy for everyone to be together, even while different groups enjoyed their own activities. The view and location were beautiful, and the pool was a huge hit with the young kids (ages 2–6). Evenings around the gas fire pit were wonderfully relaxing.Ralph, the caretaker, was outstanding—always available to answer questions and proactive about checking in to make sure everything was perfect.

This was our 2nd trip it was wonderful. House is well stocked with plenty of towels . Lots of family space indoors and outdoors would definitely recommend this house.

This home is a must for anybody having a large family staying in the Kemah area. The home was as advertised with plenty to do including swimming, fishing, darts, pool table, poker table and a very large TV. Our family was there for a wedding and it made it very convenient for the 11 of us who stayed at the property. Our sons and daughter-in-law wedding party had their makeup done at the property which was large enough to accommodate all. Overall a five-star plus for this property. The view is to die for.

Great property…loved the pool and the double decker dock!! Loved the fact that you had beds in your rooms and not all bunk beds!!! Beautiful home and plenty of room for big groups!!! The hospitality was amazing!!!

This house is magnificent! Everything about this property is amazing. The host responds promptly to questions, Ralph gives a great tour when you arrive, is a wealth of information, and is also very responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated having both a drip coffeemaker and a Keurig, plus three fridges. Plenty of seating and beds for our group. The pool was lovely and there are pool towels so you don’t have to bring your own. Hammock and pool lounge chairs were nice. Caught lots of fish—used shrimp for bait. Had fun crabbing also and caught lots of crab. Enough to have a seafood dinner one night! Kids and adults had fun playing chess, darts and pool. And we had a blast playing cards at the beautiful card table. There is a lovely bar—made us feel all fancy. The furniture was comfortable and plentiful. Had two people with walkers and appreciated the walk-in shower downstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms. Bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and the master bedroom is impressive. This is just such a beautiful place. The host has gone to great lengths to make it perfect. We had a fabulous vacation.

Great option for a large family

We loved that this house slept 5 couples and a number of children. The living area is all on one level, the same level as the pool, so it made together time awesome!

We are from Canada and our son was graduating from chiropractic college. We were having a celebration. It was the best place we’ve ever stayed the most greatest host most beautiful pool and the view was amazing.

The kids fished, and we went to the boardwalk for some fun. They also enjoyed the pool table, darts and outdoor activities The fire pit out back was fun on the cool nights. Large home and yard.

Great house - spectacular views!

We stayed for 5 nights with our family of 10 adults and 3 kids. House was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feed and entertain everyone. Ralph was awesome and always available for questions and help if we needed it. Definitely would book this house again!!

Family vacation

We had a great time! The house is very well stocked and the location/view make this such a great place to gather. The golf cart was a must have for easy access to the boardwalk and we were in the pool for hours each day. We would definitely come here again!

Great family retreat!

Beautiful and convenient- view was amazing and we loved the sunrises. Pools were perfect for our grandchildren ages 2-15. Not far from the boardwalk- just a short drive. We will probably stay again!

Wonderful Getaway!

This property is positioned perfectly! It was close to lots of options for our family’s 4 day getaway! The pictures are great, but even more spacious and beautiful in person. There were plenty of towels for both shower and the pool to go around so no need to pack those. It was myself, my wife, and 8 of our children who stayed. Besides taking daily excursions, we enjoyed our time at the house with fishing, sunning, darts, billiards, making s’mores, and reading on the decks while enjoying the sound of the water and birds.I would highly recommend this as your next stay. The groundskeeper met us at the home and gave us a wonderful tour upon our arrival. When we had trouble with the TV service not working, he came out right away and got it sorted. We made some good family memories over our stay!

Spacious rental

We had a remarkable four night stay. Just regret we didn’t stay longer. The view was spectacular and it was just a short distance from the Kemah Boardwalk. This rental was very clean and the overseer (Ralph) was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.for an enjoyable stay. And Clay the host was helpful in answering any of questions of concern. Looking forward to coming back again and will highly recommend it to others.

Best communication with host ever. Like we had a concierge. High points…ample supply of paper goods, shampoo, basic soaps, coffee filters, beach towels, great floor plan, and water view Every store you need is close. Restaurants and attractions are nearby also. ALL 13 of us loved this home!

Amazing Property Highly Recommended!!

We had 12 people stay here very comfortably. There is so much space to spread out or come together. Loved the pools and fishing dock - we caught about 20+ fish over 3 days the best time was around 8pm! The owner and caretaker were very responsive to any requests over the booking period and through our 3 day stay. Highly recommend getting their golf cart for easy access to Kemah Boardwalk it even includes VIP parking! Loved this place and hope to go back someday.

Family vacation 2024

House is fabulous gated very private. We are a3 generation family. Due to hurricane Beryl pier was damaged and off limits so fishermen of the family was disappointed. But we all had a wonderful time playing games and visiting. It rained 2 of 3 days so we were mostly inside

A Christmas to Remember!

The host and caretaker were very accommodating. The property was gorgeous and spacious. We had plenty of space downstairs to play games, cook and socialize with our entire party. The huge tv was great for the Christmas football and basketball games. We had a beautiful time together. We'll definitely be back again.

Breathtaking views

The view alone is worth all the money that we paid. We were a small group that stayed in this house. It was the views and pool that sold us. A plus we were not expecting was the use of a golf cart. My husband and kids enjoyed this more than I enjoyed the view and in fact, I'll probably have to get him one for Christmas now. The views from the master bedroom was absolutely amazing and all of the entertaining possibilities was fantastic. I would stay here again, if given the choice.

BEAUTIFUL!!!

This was the PERFECT home for 14 of my family & friends to gather and celebrate my 40th Birthday. Our check in process was seamless thank to Ralph. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise every morning was breathtaking. The home is equipped with EVERYTHING you need and the pools & hammock was perfect. We traveled to downtown Houston each day which was 30-45 min away on the weekend. I couldn't have asked for a better place to bring in my 40th Birthday. If you need a spacious home with a beautiful view don't hesitate to book this home.
