“The guest house was excellent except others using it were not. Signs are needed to close doors quietly as front door bangs very loudly. Those leaving also banged their doors. Arguments in hall in middle of night was awful. I understand this is not owners fault but signage asking to be respectful of others may help. We were wakened at 2am till 4am with the noise. No concern over room which was great.”

“We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants……

“Everything was perfect! The hotel was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. The only minor drawback was that the advertised swimming pool and gym are not located on-site and are approximately 4 miles away. Anyway, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.”

“we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto……
